Gut Maintenance Plus Supplement

A powerful blend of prebiotics, probiotics, and phages! The prebiotic FOS activates the immune system, binds to pathogens, and feeds good bacteria. The probiotic yeast S. boulardii has been shown to resolve diarrhea caused by antibiotics. The prebiotic phage PreforPro reduces pathogenic strains of E. coli and C. difficile.

If your dog has trouble taking capsules whole, you can open the capsule and mix the powder with food or a treat.

Dosing chart

• 0 - 20 lbs = 1 Small capsule, once daily (1 capsule per day)
• 21 - 40 lbs = 1 Medium capsule, once daily (1 capsule per day) 
• 41 - 80 lbs = 1 Large capsule, once daily (1 capsule per day)
• 81+ lbs = 1 Large capsule, twice daily (2 capsules per day)

This supplement is intended to be used for periods of up to 2 months.

For dogs under 20 lbs, the small capsules contain:

• Saccharomyces boulardii 1.5 billion CFUs, 85 mg
• GOFOS® (Fructo-oligosaccharides), 56 mg
• PreforPro® (LH01-Myoviridae, LL5-Siphoviridae, T4D-Myoviridae, LL12-Myoviridae), 3 mg

For dogs 21 - 60 lbs, the medium capsules contain:

• Saccharomyces boulardii 1.5 billion CFUs, 153 mg
• GOFOS® (Fructo-oligosaccharides), 102 mg
• PreforPro® (LH01-Myoviridae, LL5-Siphoviridae, T4D-Myoviridae, LL12-Myoviridae), 4 mg

For dogs over 40 lbs, the large capsules contain:

• Saccharomyces boulardii 4.8 billion CFUs, 265 mg
• GOFOS® (Fructo-oligosaccharides) 177 mg
• PreforPro® (LH01-Myoviridae, LL5-Siphoviridae, T4D-Myoviridae, LL12-Myoviridae), 7.5mg
