Casey Carl, DVM, is a 2008 graduate of the Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine. As a clinician in his early career, Dr. Carl found himself frustrated by inherited diseases and the challenges that they posed for veterinarians, breeders, and pet owners. He is driven by the desire to prevent unnecessary canine suffering and to improve the clinical outcomes of dogs affected by inherited diseases. Dr. Carl spends his spare time jogging, watching documentaries, and enjoying blues music.
