About the Miniature Bull Terrier
As you might expect, the Miniature Bull Terrier is the smaller version of the larger Bull Terrier! They share the same “egg-shaped” profile, and are similar in temperament. Cute, funny, and sweet are all accurate descriptors for this breed, but they’re also active dogs who will need an outlet for their energy. These dogs are known to have a great sense of playfulness, and love creating their own fun.
This clownish breed also has a stubborn side-- they are terriers, after all. They are independent-minded and will need consistency during training. This also means that, although intelligent, they may not be so keen to listen to commands when they don’t feel like it!
Like the larger Bull Terrier, this breed tends to enjoy being around people. They also tend to be accepting of canine friends and other animals (though of course, early socialization is still key). While it’s always a good idea to keep a close eye on interactions between dogs and children, Miniature Bull Terriers can get along very well with kids-- especially kids who want to play with them. -
