Basset Hounds

Collies are another great cat-friendly dog breed as they are known for their tolerance and appreciation of companionship. According to the AKC, Collies are famous for their love of children. For some, that love can extend to cats. They are an excellent choice as a family dog and usually get along with other pets.
Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
Cavalier King Charles Spaniels have an affectionate and gentle nature, and are among the most cat-friendly dog breeds. According to the AKC, Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are not only beautiful and wonderful companions, but also love other animals. It’s not uncommon to find this breed playing with felines, particularly if the cat is outgoing and good-natured.
Beagles
According to the AKC, Beagles are typically friendly with other animals. Their happy-go-lucky nature makes them a pleasure to live with. They are loving companions that are likely to see cats as just another member of the pack.
